GARDENA is expanding its range of hose boxes with two portable, compact solutions that have been specially developed for mobile irrigation in small areas. With the clever, mobile hose boxes Move and MoveMatic, lugging around heavy watering cans or bulky hoses in small spaces is a thing of the past.
Especially in warmer months, small spaces turn into outdoor sanctuaries. Lugging heavy watering cans or moving around with bulky hoses can quickly lead to frustration.The new portable hose boxes offer relief and meet the demand for space saving and convenience when watering plants. Whether for the balcony, terrace, small front gardens or a camping trip: the new mobile hose boxes provide a flexible and practical solution for various irrigation tasks.
Portable during watering
Thanks to their low weight and compact design, the hose boxes can be easily carried around during watering, using the practical carrying handle. The hose connected to the tap unrolls as you walk. The included sprayer can easily be clicked onto the one-and-a-half-metre long feeder hose and the hose box is ready for use. Depending on the model, the connection hose of the hose boxes is ten or 12.5 metre long. This allows different areas of the balcony or terrace to be easily reached. After the work is done, the sprayer can be attached to a device holder directly on the hose box.
The GARDENA Portable Hose Box Move is the most compact hose box in the GARDENA range. It is equipped with a foldable crank that is easy to grip thanks to its practical size. This allows the hose to be rolled up effortlessly and cleanly after watering. After the crank is folded, the hose box is stored in a space-saving manner.
For added ease, the new GARDENA Portable Hose Box MoveMatic offers an automatic hose retraction. A short pull on the hose is all it takes for the 12.5-metre-long hose to rewind by itself – without kinking or knotting.
On four stable legs, the hose boxes stand securely on tiles, tiles, wooden terraces or the lawn.
GARDENA grants a five-year warranty on both models after registration.1
